Once you are registered as a Homeowner/Service consumer , you can find the services/tradies like builders, plumbers, gasfitters, architects and lot more near your place . You can also book the services directly with service provider, chat with them , reschedule your jobs. You can also post your custom requirements , so interested tradies or service owners can offer competitive quotes.Servicehub does not take any commission from you or service provider so your price remains low. Servicehub do not facilitate any payments between you and service provider , so you pay them directly
What can i do with ServiceHub App as a Service Provider or a Business owner or Tradie ?
Once you are registered as a Service provider /Tradie you will have your own CRM software which will enable you to manage your business effectively. Servicehub is great choice to be used for managing your business rather to use multiple softwares like one for leads, other for quotations and one for staff or expenses .We offer all these things in one software without breaking your bank. Basic tier (No monthly subscription) which gives you access to modules like managing jobs, site visits, appointments, quotations and invoices. How do I get Servicehub App ?
Servicehub App is currently available for NZ customers or businesses only and you need a valid NZ mobile number to register with the platform. To download the ServiceHub app, simply visit the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and search for 'ServiceHub NZ'.
How do I start selling my services on ServiceHub ?
After registering as service provider , you can create a new service offerings in 'My Services' module for your category and city or cities. Once service is created , homeowners will be able to find and view them.
Can I be Service Provider and Service Consumer at the same time ?
At this stage one mobile number and email id will be assigned to once role only. We are planning to add this feature in near future where user can sell services as well as buy services with same login
What are the different plans available for Businesses and Service providers ?
There are different plans available for businesses. In basic plan which we call as free plan has no monthly subscription cost but we charges success fee of only $20 if you do business over $1000 using our app. This $20 is maximum fee we charge and we think this will encourage businesses to bring in there customers onto this platform. How do I get ServiceHub app for Staff ?
ServiceHub Staff app is available on request only by the service provider/business . Once staff is added to a business , an email is sent to them to register as a staff for that business. Staff user can download staff app by visiting App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and search for 'ServiceHub Staff' Once found, tap on the 'Download' or 'Install' button to install the app on your device.
Can I use ServiceHub App on my computer ?
Currently ServiceHub App is available on mobile phones and Tablets (Both Andriod and IOS). We are currently working on the web version of this and will be available soon.
